Explain the IAA process from beginning to end.
Owner of wrecked or damaged vehicle files an insurance claim.
Insurance adjuster thinks the vehicle may be a total loss.
Insurance provider creates assigned with IAA to have the vehicle picked up and taken to the IAA lot (branch)
Assignment is sent to the call center (that’s us) so that Release Agents (that’s you) can obtain the release information needed for pickup.
Once file is released for pickup, the IAA branch will dispatch a tower to pick it up.
Once a Total Loss is verified, it will go to auction.
