D. Monitor ECG for dysrhthmias

E. Calcium Gluconate 15-30 ml IV over 5 minutes or Calcium Chloride 500-1000 mg IV push over 5 minutes. Do NOT mix in same line as Sodium Bicarb.

F. Midazolam 2mg increments for sedation. Max 10mg.

G. Prolonged extrication over 4 hours. Consult with Base.
