Secure all of the correct documents to them to be legal volunteers
Start the realization of the EPs experiences
Check-in mid way with the partner & EP to make sure the experience is good
Prepare the EP to go back to their home country
Close the experience with the partner & ask for them to resign their contracts
Follow up with the EPs once back in their countries for their feedback
