For the first 15 minutes of the session, if the missionaries are not there:
Continuously try contacting the missionaries
If you receive no response, submit a “Missionary Cancellation” log in the Mentor App
What is the policy for when you are sick or have another emergency between 0-24 hours before the time off?
Message your Mentor Trainer on Microsoft teams and inform them of the emergency
Mentors are responsible to (in order of priority):
Reschedule the appointment with your missionaries to another day within the same week, in the correct time block (as your schedule allows)
Move the appointment to another mentor on your team with help from your Mentor Trainer
In rare circumstances, cancel the appointment
Mentor Trainers will message the area's Time Off Assistant and inform them of the emergency
