Often these, behaviors can help self-regulation and should be ignored unless harmful or extremely disruptive. Instead, focus on positivity or noticing their strength. Many people with stemming behaviors hear negative feedback all day long

How can teachers encourage inclusive behavior among students?
Modeling inclusive language, teaching about diversity, and creating an inclusive (and accommodating) enviroment.
It is the first day of school, and we are playing an icebreaker game. The first question is "what is your favorite season?" One student struggles with verbal communication, how can we ensure they are included in the game?

Unified Sports joins people with and without disabilities on the same team. It was inspired by a simple principle: training together and playing together.
