PSP 3.3 - Demonstrate and Describe how to allow a swimmer to climb AND fall from the rope swing safely.
Yellow rope must be attached to the bottom of the white rope, and the white rope should be pulled out of the way from below the swimmer as they climb. Once they are ready to fall, the LG should ensure that the rope is out of the way and the lifeguard will tell them to let go of the rope and "drop."

If you are unable to work a scheduled shift due to illness or an emergency, you must follow the procedure below at the earliest reasonable moment.
