As the OT, you have given the OTA a treatment plan to apply a hot pack to the client's lower back 20 minutes before starting the IADL session where the client completes laundry while standing. The OTA goes to prepare the session, thinking that the client is in the ADL gym, by taking out the hot pack and placing it on the table 10 minutes prior to the client actually showing up.
