3. Achievable: Goals should be within your control and enabled by support where it is required. What you achieve should
be dependent on the work you put in.
4. Realistic:
A realistic goal is one you can achieve in the timeframe you identify with the resources that you have.
5. Timely: Set a timeframe for when the goal is due to be achieved.
