What is the difference between a rehabilitative action plan and a relapse prevention action plan?
Both help the student work towards personal goals towards rehabilitation, however, the relapse prevention plan focuses on relapse and recidivism.
How many make-up classes can a student be offerred?
May deliver up to 2 weeks’ (6 sessions) worth of the curriculum, for no more than 15% of all curriculum sessions.

What are the criteria for a program completion?
Student must receive credit for 80% or more of all sessions, except for those curricula modules that include 4 sessions or less, a credit of 75% or greater is satisfactory. Regardless of the participant completion percentage, all sessions must be offered to each participant in order to complete.
What is an action plan update and when is it due?
Within 45 days of initial action plan upload.
How long is the After Care class?
13 weeks including orientation.
What additional or supplemental curriculum do you teach?
None, you stick to the fidelity of the curriculum which means no additional or supplemental attachments.
What does the parameters say about 1:1 with students?
Each participant shall be provided at least 15 minutes for a 1:1 discussion with their primary facilitator to develop their individualized plan.
What is the process of creating an action plan?
1:1 with student; identify problem statement; establish the goal and start date; enter at lease 2 tasks; obtain signatures; provide student with copy and upload into ARMS.
When is the action plan review due?
Every 45 days - 45 days from the previous upload.
What is STE and who do we offer it to?
Short Term Education is offered to IP's who do not have enough time on their sentence to complete ISO but meet the criteria for SUD.
