Yes, the second headlamp was purchased by the customer after the Branded Title was placed, therefore we can approve a part warranty.

Very small droplets, mist, or cloudiness should clear on its own and we need to Reject as Non-Warrantable per Bulletin 01-08-42-001.

(Water pooling, hairline cracks, or persistent fog over many weeks would all be warrantable.)

Dealer submits a PRA and states: During PDI inspection found that the dash pad on the driver side was gouged, noted when driver picked up at LDS Facility and was noted when dropped at dealership.  Is a PRA required?

This PRA should be rejected back telling the dealer to submit using the website for dealers to enter all Damage in Transit claims.

- Any damage that happens prior to getting to the dealership needs to be submitted as DIT.

Approval verbiage.  If the concern is clearly visible, it doesn't matter that the rest of the vehicle might be wet.
