What is a prime number?
A prime number is a whole number greater than 1 whose only whole number factors are 1 and the number itself.
Write one three-digit number that has ALL prime DIGITS in it.
Everyone gets Jeopardy points if they get their answer correct.

Some examples include the following: 222, 232, 777, 372, 333, 537. Notice each INDIVIDUAL DIGIT is prime.). This is a common type of question that some missed on the test. Be sure all your group members understand it.

What is a composite number?
A composite number is a counting number that is the product of two counting numbers, neither of which is the number 1. (A composite number has 3 or more factors.)
