What is:

  • Priority: recording is available for ~10 days

  • 1st session: Has goal setting been identified as an area of improvement for the coach in a previous review? Do they have a high client disengagement metric?

  • Outcomes: Are there episodes with session recordings available that show that outcomes are not improving?

  • Episode length: Does the coach have several long episodes? Could they use support/feedback around graduation readiness? CPR sharing and/or integration?

  • Mild / Moderate client outcomes: Is there a noticeable trend with lower outcomes for a specific client severity?

  • Type of session: Do not review a LM, GSC or CFP session for this MHC session review
