We are saved by grace through Faith in Jesus, trusting in His atoning death and glorious resurrection. Describe what is meant by the Word and how it related to Jesus.
The “Word” or logos refers to God’s plan for our salvation which would come by Jesus. This plan was with God from all eternity, and it was God Himself who would fulfill this mission in the man Jesus Christ. 2000 years ago, this Word was articulated, and fully expressed as God manifested Himself, tabernacling Himself in flesh as Jesus (John 1:14)

Healing of the lame man at the bool of Bethesda (Jerusalem) Jesus declared to the pharisees critical of the miracle. (5:39)
