We can direct the caller to the "My Account" button, then to profile to allow them to update their phone number.

Direct them to their "request additional access" link under the "My Account" tab within JX. They can see all licenses they can request under that screen.

No, His account status is inactive - admin required. He would be referred to State admin as he is an agency admin, Michael Hartsock

I'm an agency admin and I need to approve one of my officer's accounts, can you tell me how to do that?
They can go to the admin tab, then go to license request search, type in the users name/email (or hit submit without any data), click on the magnifying glass next to the pending account and select approve/reject.
