n the event of a REFUSED project review and risk below than 30, the product line
manager is informed to follow the Major gaps in QRQC Product Line department
(level 2) to accept the review as soon as possible by reducing the risk.
Only the Product line manager (after exchange with the PGM if necessary) can
accept on the base of the action plan to continue the project at “Refused” status.
If the risk is higher is 30 or more, the Product Line Manager must escalate it to
Product line director to follow the action plan until it 30 or more and inform all
managers concerned and the customer if necessary. ( Escalation principle : see
CLI02-01-005)
