What should you do if you are notified that a child received medical attention following an incident that happened at the center?
Notify Director, information is needed from parents and a report (filed by Director) must be filed to licensing within 24 hours
What happens when the Sauk Prairie School District closes for road conditions?
SPELC will also be closed when the district closes for road conditions
If a child is sick, what should you do?
Notify office, fill out form, notify parents for pick up. If it is a communicable disease, Lauren or Jocelyn must be notified so we can make parents aware.
