Talk to friends or adults, Take slow, deep breaths, Positive self talk: say to yourself “it’s okay, I will have a turn to talk soon,” a calm activity (fidgets, coloring, listen to music, etc.)

Invite them to play, come up with a fun idea to do inside, tell them you understand how they feel!
