IT DEPENDS MWAHAHAHA. It depends on whether you use the expression "prendre une douche" (which is a bit more English-y) or "se doucher" (which is a bit more French-y).
"J'ai pris une douche" would be considered NOT REFLEXIVE because the thing you are taking is the shower.
"Je me suis douché(e)" would be considered REFLEXIVE because it literally translates to "I showered myself."
Traduisez : "They washed their dog."
"Ils ont lavé leur chien."
(Avoir auxiliary because here, laver is not reflexive nor a DR MRS VANDERTRAMPP verb. Did you remember "leur??" It's a tricky one!)
