Context: Microsoft's global employee skilling organization was established to develop skilling strategies and deliver upskilling content to sellers to maximize effectiveness in their solution area or segment and keep up with evolving customer demand.

GT Approach: GT provides analysts that are dedicated to FTEs and their business activities.

Our Role: Analysts partner with FTEs to support critical business management functions, contribute to strategic activities that move the business forward, and manage project-based activities that enhance the program.

Project Impact: Our support enhances and progresses the employee skilling experience leading to higher employee satisfaction and the enablement of 10,000+ sellers.
