If in person, we get it in writing
If the client request withdrawal by phone, verify identity of the client preior to completing the case action.
We withdraw the case on the system and document the reason for the withdrawal.
Communicate to the client they can re-apply at any time.
Notify them that a notice will be sent to them saying the case is withdrawn.
