Regent will automatically update the account as the learner completes their courses. Financial Aid will change as the financial aid system updates the predicted graduation date.
If a Learner enrolls during week 6 of 12 in a Billing Session, what percent of the billing session will be charged?

Step 1: Check EST codes for disbursements for that Billing Session

Step 4: Cross-reference the dates to ensure a course can be uniquely billed to each Billing Session
Is it possible for a Model B learner to continue in their program while FASAP is ineligible?
No, Academic Advising has minimum requirements to remain in Model B. These requirements are if/not equal or more strict to meeting FASAP financial aid requirements.
A new Capella FP UG learner has used $30,000 out of their Lifetime loan limit. They are currently expected to graduate in 3 years. Each Billing Session is $3,000. Will they hit their loan limit before graduating?
Yes, they will need $36,000 ($12,000 a year under recommended borrowing)
