focuses on the four strategic areas of our DE&I journey (Platforms & Communications, Customers, Community, and People & Culture). These council and committee members serve a limited term, have an interest in our DE&I efforts, and currently serve in a Division or HQ leadership position.
National DE&I Council
consists of 24 employees across Divisions, Regions, and Business Units, works alongside the National DE&I Council and provides advice, recommendations, and feedback. The EAC also pilots and previews new products and policies that are the outcomes of our DE&I efforts across the company. To date nearly 150 teammates have been a part of the council.
DE&I Employee Advisory Council (EAC)
includes external business, academic, political and civil rights leaders representing the interests of women, Black and African Americans, Asian American and Pacific Islanders, Indigenous People and Native Americans, and the Hispanic/Latino/a/e, people with disabilities and LGBTQ+ communities.
