Moves the little toe away from the other toes
Abductor digit minimi
covers the front of the shin and bends the foot upward and inward
Tibialis Anterior
Extend the length of the upper arm to the forearm. This muscle controls forward movement of the forearm.

Muscle that covers the outer side of the calf; inverts the foot and turns it outward.
Peroneus Longus
Located underneath the arm. Helps in lifting the arm and in breathing.
Serratus Anterior
Runs across the front of the lower part of the radius and the Ulna. This muscle turns the palm of the hand downward and inward.
Pronator
Lies in the middle of the foot. Muscle that flexes the toes 2-4 and helps maintain balance while walking and standing.
Flexor digitorum brevis
back of lower leg attached to the lower rear surface of the heel;pulls the foot down
Gastrocnemius
The primary muscle of the upper arm. This muscles raises the forearm, bends the elbow and turns the palm of the hand down.

Muscle that originates on the lower surface of the fibula. It bends the foot down and out.
Peroneus Brevis
Located mid-forearm, on the inside of the arm. This muscle bends the wrist and closes fingers.
Flexor
Muscle that extends the big toe and flexes the foot.
Extensor hallucis longus
Upper potion of the fibula from just below the knee to the heel and bends the foot down.
Soleus
Runs parallel to the Ulna. This muscle turns the palm of the hand up.
