Where Is the Musketeer Mezzanine?
The Mezzanine is located inside between Bishop Fenwick Place, the entrance is on the side next to Smith Hall.

What is the difference between Dining Dollars and X-Cash.
Dining Dollars can be used at on campus locations, are a predetermined amount that cannot be added to. X-Cash is real money it is what must be used to do laundry, use vending machines, and some off campus locations do accept it as well as on campus locations.

What are the hours of the Bursar's Office?
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

What is a FERPA and why is it important to the bursar office?
A FERPA is a government issued form that college students must fill out listing what individuals they want to have access to their account. WE CANNOT TALK TO A PARENT UNLESS THEY ARE ON THE FERPA!

What is a payment plan?
A payment plan as Xavier is a way to break down your balance at the beginning of the semester into 4 payments. to enroll in the plan there is a fee of $50.

How much are temporary parking passes?
$2 a day $10 a week $30 a month All must be paid using X-cash

Electronic Check and Credit Card( with credit cards there is a 2.67% fee applied).

When is my payment due?
Payments are due beginning the 1st of the month. In order to avoid a late fee, the balance for that month must be due by 14th of the month, or the last business day before the 14th(in case of holiday or a weekend that the 14th falls on).

Is the conference room in the Mezzanine available to be booked for events?
YES, you can reserve it through the registrars office

Yes. Students can have their U.S bank account linked to their ALL-Card.

What are ebills?
Ebills are the bills that this office sends out the 15th of every month, they reflect the balance on your account and can be viewed through the Hub.

Why can't my mom see my ebills or my account balance?
It is possible you have not registered your mom as an Authorized User. You can do this through your Hub, under the PAY BILL tab.

There is a machine near the entrance of the Mezzanine was does it do?
It is an X Cash Machine, where students can add $$ to their all-card.

Will this go on my bursar account? (documentation)
Yes. Residence Life adds the documentation to the account, but the bursar staff is not allowed to share what it is about with parents (mostly because we never know what it is). Police citations are also added, they can be added by the student when they bring us the gold ticket, or they will be added eventually if the student has not paid it.
