Clicking this button in myDox allows you to begin the process of adding additional signatures to a document.
What is CheckOut?
Pressing this button will send your document directly to myDox (assuming your doc has a meta tag line).
What is “Archive”?
Once all remote signors have clicked to sign documents sent to them through this program, they are stored directly in myDox.
What is eSignLive?
When pushing an Equifax Credit Report to myDox, the "Archive" button doesn't work. Use this process instead.
What is Print to SecuredPDFtoDoxim printer?
Always be sure to click this button when emailing copies of documents to your members.
What is Encrypt?
Clicking this button will return a “CheckedOut” and signed document to myDox.
What is CheckBackIn?
These are the 3 ways to get a document to open in Sign-o-Sign; the program that will allow you to add signatures, and ‘Archive’ to myDox.
What are Open Automatically in Sign-o-Sign, click the Sign-o-Sign/signotec plug in, or print to signotec PDF Creator (one of your printer options)?
This new program acts as a bridge between documents and myDox.
What is Sign-o-Sign?
If a document does not have a metatag line in the top right hand corner, this will have to go through this process before being filed in myDox.
What is Manual Indexing?
This must exist for documents to be correctly filed in myDox.
What is a Member Number?
If a member asks for an emailed copy of their documents, click this button, in this program and remember to Encrypt the email before you send it.
What is the "Get A Copy" button in myDox?
If a document opens in Adobe or Word and you need to send it to myDox, look for this button on the right hand side, or at the top of the page.
What is the Sign-o-Sign, or Signotec plugin?
These two documents cannot be Archived. To move them to myDox, print to the SecuredPDFtoDoxim Printer.
What are the Equifax Credit Report and the MTS form?
These are the 3 ways you can capture an electronic signature on electronic documents.
What are in-branch right away, in-branch later and remotely through e-Sign Live?
As always, it is important to search these two programs before creating a new member file – because duplicate files can never be combined.
What are DNA and Doxim LOS?
When you want to make this addition to documents stored in myDox, click CheckOut and use Sign-o-Sign.
What is add signatures?
In Sign-o-Sign, click this button to draw a spot for your member to sign in.
What is “Create Signature Fields”?
When you have multiple documents to send for e-SignLive, use this drop down in myDox to send all the docs in one e-SignLive package.
What is the “Bulk Actions” dropdown?
Press this button on the scanner when you want to send an electronic copy of paper files directly to the file clerks for manual indexing in myDox.
What is Scan to Doxim?
Only click Archive in Sign-o-Sign at this point in the workflow.
What is when the documents are FIRST created and complete and ready to send to myDox for the FIRST time?
If you have to make a fundamental change to documents (anything in the content) this is the process you must complete once documents are stored in myDox.
What is create new documents?
Pressing this button in Sign-o-Sign on a “CheckedOut” and signed document will create a duplicate document in myDox and need to be fixed.
What is “Archive”? (always use the CheckBackIn function in myDox when you CheckOut and add more signatures to a myDox document)
Once you have “CheckedOut” and added signatures to a document, these are the two steps you follow to return the updated document to myDox.
What are Save completed doc to L Drive, go to myDox and click CheckBackIn.
