No. Once a parent location is enrolled, the benefits are automatically applied to every location.

Does a customer have to enroll in all three categories at the same time to be eligible for the Annual Achievement Rebate?

No. Enrollment can be staggered. To qualify, a customer must be enrolled in all three categories (MZR Point-of-Care, MZR Imagyst, MZR ZRL/OptimizeDx) in the same calendar year.

When do tier upgrades occur and are the upgraded tiers pro-rated?

Tier upgrades can happen anytime between January 1 and October 31. Upgrades require a new enrollment form and are not pro-rated.

What is the criteria for enrolling a customer?

A proposal must exceed the tier minimum OR the customer’s prior year sales, whichever is higher. An enrollment cannot be submitted unless this criterion is met.

How is the Annual Achievement Rebate earned?

To receive the 5% Annual Achievement Rebate, your customer must:

  • Be enrolled in all three product discount groups.
  • Reach the minimum spend in each discount group.
  • Grow their annual sales from the previous year in each discount group.

What is the process for requesting a downgrade or removal outside of the formal business evaluation period?

Any downgrade requests outside of the formal evaluation periods require ABM and finance approval. Send business rationale along with ABM approval to MZRDx@zoetis.com so it can be sent to finance for approval.

What products are part of MZR Diagnostics?

  • Customers are eligible to receive discounts on all Chemistry and Hematology consumables when they enroll in MZR Point-of-Care. This includes consumables run with an i-STAT.
  • Customers are eligible to receive discounts on all consumables and testing applications associated with the Imagyst® when they enroll in MZR Imagyst.
  • Customers are only eligible to receive discounts on certain tests when they enroll in MZR Zoetis Reference Laboratories. ZRL send-out, histopathology, and cytopathology tests are excluded from the discount, however, they do count toward the customers commitment threshold and rebate.

How is the Annual Achieve Rebate paid?

The rebate is paid on growth dollars in each category and shall be calculated as 5% x total growth in purchase dollars (purchase dollars growth = the amount of sales exceeding prior year sales between Jan 1 – Dec 31).
