What do you do if a magazine arrives for a resident who no longer lives in the building?
Cross off the name and address with a black marker, ensure that the content of the magazine is desk appropriate, and put it in the magazine pile.

When anyone is working as an OA are they permitted to have any electronic devices at the desk? (cell phones, kindles, laptops, etc.)
No! The computer next to the desk is not to be used by OAs either, they are for RAs to fill out Incident Reports.

Report this information to either the RA on duty or the resident's RA ASAP so that the RA can talk to the resident and direct them to CAPS if needed.

For the most part, each resident may check out 1 item at a time with the exception of cooking supplies, a broom and dustpan, and a mop and bucket.

Black out the address and get rid of them.

Check the roster to be sure the resident lives in the building, fill in the package log, make a package slip, and place the slip in the mail box.

The nearest one is in Pray Harold on the 2nd floor around the corner from the printer. (Second closest is the one in the Student Center across from Student Business Services)
