What is: Application has been through case management review and is now under final review by the Eligibility Team; this team will review the application and supporting documentation to ensure all the eligibility requirements for the program are met. If applicant has not had a Damage Assessment at this point, someone from the program will reach out to schedule this appointment.

Applicants can click the “FORGOT PASSWORD” text next to the key icon in the top right corner of the eGrants page then enter the Account ID and last name.

What is Solution 2 homeowners?

After the eligibility review and damage assessment is completed, what is the next step? 

applicants will receive their calculated grant award which accounts for any duplication of benefits. The homeowner will have 60 days from the time they entire Award Acknowledgement status to either accept or appeal their award. Once the award has been accepted, homeowners may no longer file an appeal.
