What is the STAR Center?

The Orlando Health STAR (Support Team for Aftercare and Resources) is FREE transitional primary care for patients post discharge. This is typically only for about one to two visits after the patient has discharged.

CRS can assist patients in applying for disability. RSI will also assist with this process IF it will assist the patient in obtaining Medicaid.
