If the user incorrectly enters a passcode 5 times, the passcode will become locked and it means that the user will be unable to attempt to enter another passcode and thus, unable to log into the PSW. The user will need to contact their SCS Rep to unlock passcode on PSW. As an SCS Rep what will you do or how will you unlock the passcode?

What is a warning zone?
This is where contracts currently with 276-300 funds in their lineup will be placed. The Warning Zone is used internally to highlight the following contracts: 1. Approaching the system limit of 300 funds (276-300 funds). 2.Under 275 funds and an investment change request will result in the number of funds exceeding 275.

Our new notice creation and delivery service, SEND Service, has received a lot of interest and questions about how this service works from our Plan Sponsors, TPAs and Financial Advisors. Plans must qualify for the service and the cost is customized to the plan. That means no estimations and no block pricing. It’s important to set that expectation up front. What happened to the contracts with more than 275 Funds?
Contracts that are currently over the limit will be advised to reduce the number of funds selected. A letter from Investments advising of the limit and requesting that action is taken to reduce the number of funds in the lineup will be emailed to Trustees and Financial Advisors.

As previously communicated, effective April 3rd, Edward Jones resigned as the advisor on 150 contracts that missed the deadline for submitting paperwork to add the Wilshire 3(21) Service with Auto Execute and agree to the transition of Edward Jones to an RIA. On April 14, these contracts received the Phase 1 mailing. What were the options provided to the Plan Sponsors/Trustee?
1. Complete the Broker Change Request form or RIA Designation and Recurring Fee Request Form to set up a new Financial Advisor 2. Contact Licensing & Compensation to have their contract appropriately repriced if they are not appointing a firm to replace Edward Jones

What triggers Passcode Cooling Period?
If 5 passcode emails have been sent without a successful login, then the user is prevented from requesting another passcode email. The Cooling Period cannot be bypassed. The user must wait 10 minutes before requesting another passcode.
