What is the set time for lunch & breaks
There is no set time for lunch & breaks as long as your job is getting done, and you are making yourself available to our customers. Communicate with your manager if you deviate from your "normal" lunch & break times on a certain day.

What is purpose for logging in & out of your phone?
Logging in/out resets the phone queues for the next day. It also eliminates customer phone calls from bouncing from phone to phone. You can choose - Log in/out every day OR DND at night and take yourself off DND in morning. We expect you to be available for our customers!

Is Human Resources dress code the same as Customer Services?
No. Customer Services dress code standard is business casual. Customer Services interacts more directly with our customer base and is the "face" of Everbrite.
