"Just send me an email" ( Parks and Rec title)

  • Absolutely, happy to send over an email, I was planning on it anyways. To make this email valuable and tailored to you, which park in your city would you like a report on?
    • We take a lot of pride in our demos because they are fully customized around a park or project that you are currently working on; By tailoring the demo to your location of interest, we can really show you the power of the platform.
    • So in addition to sending over that email, I’d love to set up some time to walk through the data that we have on 123 Main Street live. You’d leave with those location insights and the report for free, regardless of how the call turns out.
    • Does Tuesday at 2 pm work for you?

"I don't have the budget for this" (economic dev title)

  • I totally understand where you’re coming from, and the truth is, I never give anyone a call with an expectation of them to have a budget ready or available; ultimately, we are just as interested in educating the market about Placer, as we are in gaining new customers.
  • This first call is simply introductory to get you some free data specific to one of your cities locations, as well as take a look at how other civic orgs are using the platform.
  • Again - no credit card required - just want to show you those free insights and happy to provide you with a quote, so in the future when budget does open up, you can consider Placer. With that in mind, do you mind checking your calendar to see if Friday at 2 pm is open?

We get the data from the Regional Planning Commission we're associated with.. I don't think we'll need this

I'm glad to hear you're getting some form of our data.. do you receive one-off reports, or do you have your own login?

if they have their own-- move on.

One off reports? Response:
Got ya, well most cities/organizations I speak to tend to get value from sitting through a demonstration and being able to get a full understanding of what the platform can do. What we feel this can do is one of two things, a. give you a better idea of what you can ask for from your RPC, or b. give you concrete material and a in depth explanation of what we do so that way if the need ever arises, that will open the doors.

How does tomorrow at 1pm look on your end?

Why does a Chamber of Commerce care about Visitor Journey?

Visitor Journey would allow a chamber to understand where consumers like to go before, and after visiting a chamber member.

This could assist in being able to find cross-shopping, and cross visitation which could help to find synergies between chamber members.

i.e. a Natural Juice store offers 10% off to people who are members at Golds Gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which we can then see spike up in visitation on those days.
