What is the break policy?
A minimum of a 31-minute unpaid break will be given to all hourly store employees who are scheduled for and/or work a shift of over five (5) hours. Employees will punch out at the start of these breaks and punch back in at the end of these breaks and are required to begin and end these breaks promptly.
What is the policy for calling off for a shift?
Call the store you are scheduled at for the day to let them know. Follow up with CMC via text or call to let them know you called off.
What is the policy if an employee has hair longer than shoulder length?

Sheetz windbreaker jackets may be purchased by individual employees to wear on cold days. They may only be worn at the registers and must be removed in any food service areas.
