1) Client discusses matter with individual involved.

2) If not resolved, client presents complaint in written form to Program Manager or Supervisor. 

3) If still unresolved, program manager/supervisor must bring complaint to CEO

4) If still not resolution, CEO must bring complaint to the Board.
