Are all harassments/complaints considered discrimination? 

False - discrimination must be defined as “tied to a protective class”. Race, age, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, etc. Not to be confused with bullying.

Slips and trip hazards - hoses no wrapped in place, trash/debris on floor, pallets randomly on floor. 

Unsafe practices - wrong safety shoes being used, no safety glasses, no safety gloves, no ear plugs, no apron/smock where needed.

Loose clothing, jewelry, fake nails, fake eyelashes, nail polish, etc. 

Standing on machinery.

Either: 

1 - assign a replacement check workflow via HR center and let management know, then send email to Seafood Payroll so they are aware

2 - fill out the replacement check form, have associate sign it, and send it via email to Seafood Payroll
