It is important that the contractors we work with can complete the work; this is the process of evaluating subcontractors before awarding work.
What is vendor qualification?
These are the two roles that communicate on a daily basis during the construction phase.
Who are the Project Manager & Superintendent?
Haskell's industry, usually displayed as the acronym AEC.
What is Architecture, Engineering, Construction?
A visual tool to identify and control sources of hazards on a jobsite, it contains sections including temperature, gravity, motion, mechanical, electrical, pressure, sound, radiation, biological and chemical.

The Design-Build Project Delivery Method has a single contract with a team responsible for both design and construction, streamlining delivery; whereas, in this project delivery method the owner contracts separately with designer and CM, the CM advises during design, and then builds, with a guaranteed max price.
What is Construction Management at Risk (CMAR)?
There are 5 hierarchies of fall protection: hazard elimination, passive protection, fall restraint, fall arrest, and administrative controls - which all contribute to jobsite safety.

After a tangible project opportunity is identified, the request is evaluated, and strategy is used to prepare a response during this phase of the project lifecycle.
