This June announcement is when members might start booking travel plans and requires the team to create several different types of "codes" for members.

This important annual event helps us check the pulse of members, collect information about our direct impact, and learn how members view our work.
What is the annual member survey?
This monthly activity from the accelerator team brings together all of the ACT members to share updates and do a deep topic dive depending on program focus.
What are the montly cohort calls?
This quarterly deliverable should actually be an ongoing conversation between you and your manager (and any direct reports). It is on the operating calendar for a specific update, but should remain a focus throughout the whole year.
What is the quarterly performance management updates?
The second of these this quarter, where new officers are elected.
What is the Q2 June Board meeting?
This annual event kicks off community engagement with the goal of having members and others share their plans for the upcoming year and be specific about how they will measure success.
What is the Commitments Launch?
This is a quarterly report of progress for the program teams at CSforALL. These tell the story of "how the program is doing" against general goals as well as a deeper look into new initiatives or focus.
What are the quarterly evaluation reports?
This survey is delivered from HR in order to check on the heartbeat of the team and will be next sent in this month.
What is the June pulse survey?
This research study is in its final year, and we will convene the advisory board two times in 2024. This meeting in May will review progress to date on how the initial schools are doing at offering CS and cybersecurity, as well as review findings.
What is the JROTC Impact Study
This member group is the focus of OCE during May 1- June 20.
Who are researchers?
This is the word for the collection of information about the communities we serve and the view of data that can help inform our impact measurement and how we choose where to focus efforts. This gets refreshed quarterly.

This is the biggest item Accelerator is preparing for this summer. (hint: it may or may not involve funny hats)
