How do I know the status of my ticket?
In the “Ticket History” you will find tickets labeled with their status to always keep you in the know • Created – The ticket was successfully created and sent to the distributor contact • Vendor response – The vendor contact has replied to the ticket and their response is viewable • Escalated – The primary vendor contact has not yet responded to the ticket communication and the issue has been escalated to a different contact • Resolved – Tickets that are labeled “Need More Product” reach a resolved status when the distributor delivers that item, while other tickets are considered resolved once the vendor responds to the ticket • Reopened – Tickets that have been reopened • Unassigned – Tickets that do not have an assigned contact are monitored by DSD Partners, who will reach out to the vendors to resolve the issue
