If a student fails the vision screening can the evaluations proceed?
If the student fails both near and far, the evaluations cannot proceed. If the student fails only near, the evaluations cannot proceed. If the student fails far vision, the evaluation CAN proceed. In all scenarios the school nurse will follow up with parents for an outside referral.
