Where do I go to show site themes to clients?
100
Are call recordings still saved for 90 days?
Yes, just like other ReachLocal media products, calls are saved for 90 days.
100
Can we add photos and content to the site after it is live?
We can add photos and content to the site after it is live. However, the client needs to provide all new content and all photos to add.
100
Will ReachLocal customize my workflow coordination?
The client needs to customize their workflow themselves as they know their business and customers best, but we can provide support to aid them in doing so.
100
Who takes care of getting the client information like their URL, art, etc?
The Web Project Manager gathers this kind of information from the client in the registration call.
200
Does ReachLocal Work with Multi-Locations?
We can list up to five locations on a single website but we don't currently support multi-locations.
200
How many different sources of Web traffic do we track and report on? What are they?
We track six categories: ReachLocal media, direct site traffic, organic search traffic, directories, social media, and other.
200
Can the IMC/client add photos from Google Images?
No. You can only upload photos that the client owns or to which they have full publishing rights. We will upload any photos sent to us assuming the client has publishing rights. Any fines or charges levied based on inappropriate use of a photo or image is their financial responsibility.
200
Will all of the client’s leads from (ReachCentral) be moved into ReachEdge?
No, we don’t auto transfer old media campaign history into ReachEdge. It’s a different system and many of those leads are older now and not ripe for drip marketing and follow up reminders.
200
If my client has no photos, can we provide some quality stock photography?
Yes, that is included.
300
Can I sell ReachEdge to HIPAA industry clients?
Yes! Upon login from ReachLocal Personnel patient names and information are anonymous amount other HIPAA compliance features.
300
For ReachCast clients who purchase ReachEdge, are we putting tracking numbers on their social media sites for when people call directly from the social site?
Tracking numbers are still being placed on a customer’s directory sites. We use the natural phone number for the customer’s Google+ and Facebook page.
300
Can our partner create Spanish language content for the smart site?
Clients can create Spanish language content and we can post it to the site for them. We have no Spanish language content writing service.
300
If a client is already using the legacy ReachConvert product, can we move them to ReachEdge now?
Yes, ReachEdge is a much more robust product because it includes a smart website with the lead management technology they are used to. Plus, ReachEdge tracks and manages leads from multiple marketing sources, not just their ReachLocal campaigns.
300
What is a “shell campaign”?
When media campaigns are sold on the same electronic agreement with ReachEdge bundles, IMCs need to complete the entire of the set up except for the landing page URL and web events and leave the new campaign in the shopping cart without requesting draft review. Once the new smart website is live the IMC can update the shell campaign with that setting and request draft review.
400
Can clients add functionality like e-commerce integration, custom graphics, business system integration, dozens of pages, etc. to their website?
A client looking for this kind of functionality would require a “Special Order Site”, which comes with custom up-front pricing and then the typical ReachEdge monthly fee. Submit through, www.reachlocalweb.com/review.
400
If a client is running their own AdWords campaign or a PPC campaign with another vendor (like YP), what label shows up for our reporting on their traffic and lead sources?
These visits will show as Organic Search. That is because we can see the traffic is from a Search Engine but we don’t see our own Campaign Coding. ReachEdge is designed for use as a ReachLocal system and ReachLocal products, including paid search.
400
Does the client still pay a website hosting fee once they purchase ReachEdge?
No, we host the site and will buy a URL too if the client doesn’t have one or wants a new one. If the client already owns a domain, they will continue to pay hosting fees on that domain. Make sure the difference between site hosting and domain hosting is clear.
400
How do we import all previous ReachLocal leads, contacts (calls), and email addresses into ReachEdge for clients with longer buying cycles for existing clients?
As an admin, you can actually import .csv files into an account for a client. Not only that, you can set the Contact State for the list as well. So you could take a customer list and split it up into four different .csv files for New Contacts, Active Leads, Long Term Leads, and Customers.
400
Will the website setup team research the client’s current site prior to the registration call?
Yes, please note the URL when you register them for the site meeting.
