This would be considered Indirect-Access. Indirect access focuses on sound that is formed when you are reading, you convert visual stimuli to phonological stimuli.
This is when you see a word whether its in a book, billboard, or the magazine on table in the Doctor's Office, then you create some sort of sound for that particular word, this occurs before you can retain its meaning.
