What is the role of a backup?

They are on call if a candidate has a question/concern that is time sensitive. If needed, you can ask them to follow up/contact a candidate. They are not conducting PS for you or managing your funnel in your absence.

Why do recruiters show up on the addressable candidates report for PS?

For PS, you do not contact your candidates within 24 hours of them being assigned. Additionally, if you do not contact them for 4 days. For PS candidates, please contact candidates every 48 hours until you reach LM4/a week

You must hit left message! That is what determines this report, not the notes in 2.0 or emails or texts. The report is just based off of hitting the LM button.

How do you handle an unexpected OOO day?

Email all members of leadership in the morning, providing context as to why you are unable to work. Let us know if you have phone screens scheduled for that day (time, name, candidate ID). We will let you know if you need to make up an in-office day.

1. Make a calendar invite, marked as all day & free
2. Make the invite for the length of your OOO time
3. Include all leadership + your TAC & CX on the invite
4. Make a calendar invite for just you, marked as busy, to block your calendar
5. Turn on your automatic Outlook response
6. Change your status on Slack

When I mark a LM, do I have to do my triple threat all at once?

No, as long as you remember to do it. You can text/email in the morning, call in the afternoon, vary it up. It all needs to be done on the same day.

Yes, just not on the same day as your partner. Communicate & work together

Should you be blocking off your calendar for when you are OOO?

YES! Create a calendar invite for yourself that is 'busy' so candidates cannot schedule with you in calendly. Additionally, you can go in calendly & block your calendar off too

Should you have slack on your phone?

Strongly encouraged, not required. But it does make life easier if you need to reach us outside of working hours :)

When you're inactive on slack, what does that mean?

From a leadership perspective, it shows that you are not working. Your laptop is locked/asleep/not on, and we are unable to reach you

Why do recruiters show up on the addressable candidates report for HV?

If they were not moved to LM1. If you go through the HV prep with them, hit the LM button; you have spoken to them about it.

If I get in contact with a candidate, what do I do?

Treat them like your own candidate. Resend link if needed, make notes in 2.0, archive link/deactivate candidate. Just make sure to make notes on your spreadsheet & slack your partner, so they are informed of action taken with their candidates.
