With every decision you make, there are consequences. What is the definition of a consequence?

Someone being upset, going to the principals office, phone call home, further disciplinary action (ex: getting something taken away).
Maybe others won't want to be your friend, it will hurt your character, building a negative reputation for self.
A student came home from school, and when her parent asked her how school went she immediately started crying. Name two things that could have happened in school that made this student go home upset.
