Under the Reclamation Transparency Act, O&M recommendations with an estimated total cost of over $100,000 are reported through this process to identify Reclamation-wide repair needs.
What is the Major Rehabilitation and Replacement (MR&R) activities list?

These exams are performed every 8 years, alternating every 4 with Comprehensive Reviews (CR's) and conducted by the regional office.
What are Periodic Facility Reviews (PFR's)?
Recommendations covering less important matters but believed to be sound and beneficial suggestions to improve or enhance the O&M of the project or facility. If the recommendation is still applicable, the current year designation will be reassigned to this recommendation number.

Status updates on these recommendations will be provided by the responsible area manager and regional director within DSIS on an annual basis.

Quarterly reports on the status of incomplete O&M recommendations are provided to the regional directors. The reports identify recommendations that are considered "planned". These two fields are required in DSIS to signify a recommendation is planned.
