Jesus is our high priest because He is the mediator between us and God. He is our perfect sacrifice because He lived a perfect life and satisfied God's requirement for atonement for all people, forever.

Not by our own will, but by allowing the Holy Spirit to transform us from the inside out.

Explain Sanctification. 

Sanctification is a process. From the moment we accept Jesus to the time we meet Him face to face, we are being transformed into His image.

To deny your flesh (of food) and feed your spirit (with prayer and bible reading).

What does it mean for us to eat Jesus' flesh and drink His blood? 

To take on who He is, His characteristics, His likeness.

Justification is a moment. We are declared righteous in God's sight when we accept our need for a savior, Jesus.

Glorification is the last step. We are made Holy. God gives us new bodies and we enter into New Creation.

To be a reflection/ image of God. To renew the earth, to make disciples.
