FALSE - we covered a new feature of DialPad which would initiate the "auto start/stop" functionality for call recordings to meet PCI compliance standards. In that blog post a deployment date was estimated around 8/14, however some additional testing was required to complete the change. As of today, our tech team is still working to finalize some details to ensure a smooth rollout, and the feature deployment has been put on hold temporarily.

The service request form has been retired and removed from the LINKS dropdown in Embassy as of Monday. Any team that currently uses the zendesk link in Embassy should begin to use Ops Point Chat instead.

False- Moving forward all files in the proof space in orders will automatically be converted to PNG format. Most proofs are already uploaded this way, but if files are uploaded that are not PNG they will be automatically converted. There is no additional action you need to take. This goes into effect on 8/30

When canceling an order that has Artwork/Printing/Shipping/Drop Ship groups linked with sister orders, the canceled order will be automatically unlinked from the group. The remaining active orders will remain linked together. This went into effect 8/28.
