- stay nearby when vendors are in areas where confidential information or bank assets may be present
- secure hard drives and USB drives removed from server or workstation until shredded onsite
- make sure vendors don't leave with branch equipment
- complete Equipment Requisition to return technology no longer connected to the Chase network
What are additional ways you can protect information?
- don't rush
- be aware of your surroundings
- always perform careful sweeps
- visually inspect the building exterior
- know the branch passcode
- observe employee who is leaving until they're a safe distance way or leave in groups of two or more
