By not touching others' belongings. Ask someone to use it first, before taking or using anything!

Remain calm and form a line at the classroom door. Walk in line (single-file), volume 0, with hands to yourself, down the staircase to the parking lot.

- While Ms. Kemi is teaching or explaining directions for an activity. 

- While you are waiting for a Morning Meeting game round to finish! 

- During a transition time. For example, while we are getting ready to go to a specialist or Mrs. Zerwas' room for reading or writing.

Ask Ms. Kemi (quietly and politely), if you can go to the locker area to get your supply. She will usually say yes, of course!

What happens if something happens on the playground that upsets me (such as an argument with a friend)? What happens if I get hurt on the playground? 

Tell an adult on the playground FIRST and right away, so they can address the situation with you!

How are "FUN FROGS" earned? 

If BOTH Mystery Walkers remain at a Volume 0 in the hallway and demonstrate "The Sunrise Way", then a "Fun Frog" will be added to the jar. When it is full, we earn a classroom reward!
