Sometimes he just needs a few minutes to take a break in between lessons or he gets overwhelmed.

He was in constant motion, moving around and touching everything even smelling things in the classroom.

He was always rocking back and forth on his chair and sought out the swings at recess.

What would I do if his writing was so light I could barely read it? Allow him time to build up his hand strength with small manipulatives' and playdough. Also have him use a shorter pencil at times and tried using a weighted pencil to see if that helps.
She is constantly touching things she is not supposed to touch, it seems she can not help herself.

Consult with the OT in your building. They have lots of tools. They will try and help. If they don't try and help, ask me.
