(3) Wipe down flush handle, top of seat, bottom of seat (leave seat raised), bowl
(4) Trash used gym wipe

The protocol for getting shift switch/coverage
(1) Post in main SET WhatsApp chat
(2) Reach out directly to at least 3 other SET friends with similar shift times on other days of the week
(3) If coverage/switch is confirmed, text Rita (if arrangement was made outside of main SET chat)
(4) If I have to miss a shift (even if I get it covered, but not switched), I owe an extra shift in addition to my weekly requirement to make up for the one I missed
Thoroughly dust the outside windows and ledges of our studio storefront
Using baking soda, vinegar and water (half full) in a white bucket; submerge 2 blocks halfway at a time, hold for 20 seconds, flip and repeat; lean to dry on their ribs against the wall
Proper way to clean a mat (be as descriptive as possible)
Logo side down first, spray well with Tough Green 70, use mop with scrubby mop head to scrub down, flip over to logo side, repeat; spray Essential Oil Mat Spray on top of logo side; hang mat logo side inward/down on mat rack; stagger if possible

Calling-out at the last-minute protocol
1. Immediately post your shift with day and time in the SET Chat asking if anyone can pick up.
2. Call or text Rita to let her know you're not able to make it, the reason for absence, and lay out what you did to find coverage.
3. If able to, call or text several people off the main thread who may be likely to pick up your shift.
4. Schedule a make-up with Rita for the same or following week.

To efficiently clean the floor, push the mop only in one direction pushing all the small debris with it to actually remove it, so it doesn't end up on the sides of the room
